Peter knew and proclaimed that Jesus was the Son of God. Jesus proclaimed that the only way Peter could have known this was if God had revealed it to him. He went on to say that Peter was the rock, and that it was upon this rock that He would build His church, and that it would stand the storms of time, and no power of hell would stand against it.
Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and found that Jesus had risen. Then she ran to tell the others, “I’ve just seen Jesus! He’s alive!”
The kingdom of God is a living, unshakeable kingdom! Rejoice!!
